SkinBrief isn't showing my city or today's weather
Check that Location Services are enabled for SkinBrief in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services. If you were recently offline, the app shows your last cached briefing until a connection is available.
My morning notification didn't arrive
Make sure notifications are allowed for SkinBrief in iOS Settings → Notifications, and that Focus or Do Not Disturb isn't silencing them at your chosen briefing time.
Does SkinBrief collect my data?
No. There's no account, no analytics, and no ads. Your location is used only to fetch local weather. Details are in the privacy policy.
Is SkinBrief medical advice?
No — briefings are general skincare guidance based on weather conditions. For medical concerns, please see a qualified professional.
